Iliana is learning how to push up when laying on her stomach. She is also doing very well rolling around the floor.

You can see she's getting a little more brave when sitting. She has started picking up her hands at times and shifting her weight from one hand to another.

It's amazing how much has been accomplished this year. Iliana's health at the moment is good. She had an ear infection a couple of weeks ago and I didn't even know because there were no seizures, it's usually my first clue that something is wrong. It's reminds me that God is also working even the smallest of details.

Physically, her improvement is evidenced in the pictures on this blog. A lot of the exercises that were taught to us during her intensive therapy are easier to do. She doesn't like to do them, but she is capable of doing them.

I would also like to get the word out that we are trying to take Iliana back to S. Florida this Sep or Oct. We are in desperate need of support in order to accomplish this. The main reason we are trying to go back this fall is because Dwight and I are expecting a baby in January. Obviously, once the new baby arrives, it will be some time before we can go back so we would like to take advantage of the time prior to the baby's birth. Any amount is greatly appreciated and brings us closer to our goal of seeing Iliana take those first steps. Word of mouth is our only means at this time of raising support. We are in the process of setting up an account for Iliana's therapy, until then, donations for Iliana's therapy can be sent to Hillcrest Baptist Church, 1176 Labelle St, Jacksonville FL 32205. Please just make a note that it is for Iliana's Therapy. Please also be in prayer that God will direct us in all decisions regarding Iliana and her therapy.
