These are pictures from Friday's session:
We're on our way.

She not only has to lift herself up on the ball now, but reach out for an object. She just continues to improve.

I think I can, I think I can...

These crunches are a piece of cake.

Iliana is in a swing here. While she is swinging, Lauren holds her head in position. When they stop, it's Iliana's turn to pick up her head.

This is basically the same exercise, except she is facing down.

I'm SUPERGIRL!

She is in a crawling position here. Both Lauren and Nancy are helping her with her form and trying to keep her in the same position. She held her head up here in the same position for a long time. It was a proud moment.

I love this picture!! She looks so happy.

This exercise helps her to go from laying down to sitting up.

Daddy made her work on her sitting in between exercises.

It's been a long week...

I didn't get a chance to update her blog yesterday. So the next set of pictures are of Thursday's session .

Nancy is helping Iliana get warmed up and get moving.

Help!!!

She really fights during this exercise, but she finally gets it done.

She is in the spider cage here. I gave her the pacifier to try and distract her from how difficult this was.

She is fighting so hard to get out of this position. I held her hands at one point and she was pulling her hands so hard that I thought I was going to hurt her.

Taking a rest before continuing.

You can see she isn't too thrilled about standing in the spider cage with the ball, but she goes along with it and gives it a good try .

This is the same exercise without the ball, she's such a trooper.
Thursday and Friday went well. I believe she is finally getting used to the schedule and is understanding what they need her to do during some of the exercises. The seizures continue to be under control and she is eating well and keeping it down. Dwight and I have said several times, how quickly she has adjusted to the therapy schedule. We are looking forward to next week. I am not going to have the same internet access as I have had this week, but I will do my best to update as often as possible. As always, thank you for praying. Please pray that she will stay healthy and that she will get stronger.
