Waiting to start the day
Today Iliana was very tired. It can be compared to going to the gym for the first time in a long time. The first day is exciting and you push yourself, and on the second day you are sore and tired and not quite as excited. She has also had two seizures today, but has otherwise been ok. My desire is to not have to give her an additional seizure medication. I plan to take it one day at a time and see how she does. She didn't do quite as well as she did yesterday in therapy, but inspite of being tired, she did work hard. You can see that she is not smiling in any of the pictures. Please pray that she will adjust to the schedule easily and quickly.
Everyone is tired today. It is now almost 7pm and we are in the middle of Reece's school work. He seems to be doing better today. We are all excited because Dwight flies in tomorrow for a couple of days. His visit couldn't come at a better time, the children are constantly telling me how much they miss him and want to go home to daddy. It's going to be a long three weeks.
